Conduct fitness assessments
Provide individually tailored client assessments, program development, program demonstration and client reviews

SIS40221 Certificate IV in Fitness has an 18-month course duration (self-paced, so you can finish and achieve your qualification in less than 18 months if you manage to do so).
SIS30321+SIS40221 Certificate III + Certificate IV in Fitness dual course has a 30-month course duration (self-paced, so you can finish and achieve your qualification in less than 30 months if you manage to do so).

3. What is the difference between a cert 3 and 4?
SIS40221 Certificate IV in Fitness reflects the role of personal trainers who develop, instruct and evaluate personalised exercise programs for generally healthy and low-risk clients, to achieve specific fitness goals. This qualification provides a pathway to work as an employed or self-employed personal trainer in settings such as fitness facilities, gyms, leisure and community centres, client workplaces and homes, and outdoor locations.

A practical task may be in the form of a video upload, an interaction with a client, client data collection, completion of documents and templates, etc.
8. Do I need a first aid certificate?
As we are an online RTO, we don’t offer or provide First Aid courses, so this will need to be completed externally.
Some First Aid providers we can recommend are St Johns, Red Cross, H&A, Australia Wide. You may contact any local First Aid providers in your area to book in, just make sure you are booking in for the correct First Aid course, relevant to your Australian College course.
